… is all that matters here!

I had some spare time this afternoon after doing a reading for a client I hadn’t seen for a few years.

After seeing a recipe that uses chickpeas, peanut butter and choc chips as the main ingredients, I made these:

Choc chip chickpea cookies

I had a bit of a tough time blending them because I’m waiting for a replacement jug for my blender that got broken a while ago.  So I had to use a hand-blender.  Thank gawd for my teenage son because without him holding the thing down, either the blender would have shot out the window, or I would have had a hernia trying to turn the thing on my own!

As my hubby found them a bit rich and chocolaty as if that’s really a possibility???!!, I made him some Ginger Snaps.

Now my creativity is complete for the day!
